Important
Ensure that you are using AstreamWeb skin Version 99.5.2 (check the bottom right corner) on the AstreamWeb home screen. If not you must perform an uninstall and reinstall:
Uninstall: Fire tv home > application -> manage all install application -> astreamweb play -> uninstall
To install: Open Downloader app -> favorite -> Astreamweb Play APP 2.

Many movies on AstreamWeb come with built-in subtitles. To access them, play the movie and look for icons in the bottom right corner. Click on the dialog icon (second from the right), and in the pop-up dialog box, choose "Enable Subtitles." You can then select from various language subtitles.
If the movie you want to watch doesn't have this option, follow these steps:
Visit https://www.opensubtitles.com/ or another subtitle download site to download the subtitle file to your phone or PC.
Go to https://astreamweb.com/pages.html and choose "Subtitle Upload" from the drop-down menu.
Upload the file you downloaded from opensubtitles, ensuring you provide the correct movie title.
Return to the AstreamWeb subtitle dialog window, find the "Download Subtitle" option, choose "Manual Search String," and search for the title (no need to type the full title). It will appear in the list, and you can select the subtitle.
